"Be Unique"

In the shadowed landscapes of Jutland in Denmark, my fascination with the macabre took root. I was all about those classic horror movies and the entire gothic scene, and dreamed of becoming an animator to bring those spooky cartoon ideas to life.

That journey kicked off in 2008 when I joined the Drawing Academy in Viborg, Denmark in order to sharpen my drawing skills. It became an obsession, leading me to the big city of Copenhagen in 2009, where I continued to learn at the Classical Drawing School.

Fate smiled upon me in the form of an apprenticeship under the enigmatic animator, Darren Kordich, at The Art Academy. Those golden days were a revelation, a period where design and creativity danced hand in hand, and the boundaries between reality and imagination blurred. I worked through countless painting and design courses, transitioning from making horror ideas for movies to wanting to tattoo those eerie images on a people's skin.

In 2013, I found my place at All Ink Tattoo, sealing the deal on my apprenticeship a few years later. Freelance adventures at Zoi Tattoo and Selfmade followed suit. But by 2021, it was time for a change. I needed to get back to my horror roots. So, I found my own space – a private studio in Copenhagen – where I can focus on giving each customer the time and attention their projects deserve.

During a brief yet impactful period in 2022, I had the privilege of being a proud member of the inspiring artist collective, Dropout Collective. It was truly enriching to exchange ideas and creative energies with such talented artists. Due to a packed schedule, I ultimately had to step away from this collaboration and devote my energy to nurturing my own art studio, allowing me to delve deeper into my creative, dark visions.

In this new setup, I've set up shop with my oil paintings showcased for a daily dose of inspiration, always cooking up new ideas for upcoming tattoos.

In the dim-lit corridors of our studio, my rock and fiancé, Linn, assumes the role of shop manager. She's the one who keeps everything running smooth like a cat's purr, making sure our dear customers feel right at home and that all their needs are taken care of while they're guesting our creative sanctuary.
